​
STANDARD SERVICE - £47*

A basic service to ensure usability and safety of the bike. Good for all bikes to keep things running smoothly. Includes the following:

  • General check over of the bike including frame condition and alignment.

  • Wheels are trued, hub bearings are checked for play and adjusted/replaced if needed.

  • Headset and bottom bracket are checked for play and adjusted/replaced if applicable.

  • Gears are indexed, derailleur hanger alignment checked, cabling and parts replaced as needed.

  • Brakes are checked and aligned, cabling and pads are replaced as needed.

  • Bolts are re-torqued to the appropriate settings.

  • Tyres are inflated to the recomended pressure, the bike is wiped down and the drivetrain lubricated.

BOSCH E-BIKE SERVICE - £68*

 

We are a certified Bosch E-bike workshop. The bike will be plugged into the Bosch Diagnostics software, checked

for errors, and updated to the latest software as required. The diagnostics report will then be handed over for the

customer to view along with the general service checklist. The bike is then serviced as per a general service.

DEGREASE SERVICE - £75*

A partial strip down of a bike with the degreasing of parts. Good for bikes used regularly in wet conditions or bikes that need a thorough clean. Includes the following:

• The drivetrain is removed and thoroughly degreased in a stand-alone dedicated parts washer. This is the best method of cleaning off all of dirt and grime, and is excellent at freeing up sticky parts.

• When clean, parts are lubricated as needed and refitted.

• The bottom bracket is removed and the frame threads and cleaned and greased.

• The bike is then serviced as per a general service.

 

FULL STRIP DOWN AND REBUILD - £100*

This service is a full strip down of a bike to the bare frame. Good for restoring your bike to its former glory. It includes the following:

• Bike stripped down, frame and fork cleaned and checked.

• Headset and bottom bracket removed, condition checked, then greased and refitted or replaced if necessary.

• Drivechain and brakes are degreased and serviced.

• The bike is then serviced as per a general service.

 

BUILDING A NEW BOXED BIKE / PDI - £47

The assembly of a new bike with a light basic service.

• Components such as handlebars and stem etc fitted.

• Gears and brakes tuned and adjusted as necessary.

• Wheels installed and tightened.

• Nuts and bolts torqued, chain lubricated if needed, tyres inflated.

• £10 premium for bikes arriving in the box.

General Workshop

 

HEADSET SERVICE - £26

The headset will be removed, cleaned, inspected for damage and wear and replaced if necessary*. The headtube of the frame and the steerer tube of the fork will also be cleaned and checked. The headset will be refitted and the cups and bearings will be greased. The headset will be adjusted accordingly.

 

BOTTOM BRACKET SERVICE - £26

The bottom bracket will be checked for wear and replaced if necessary* or removed, cleaned and the frame threads or bearing surfaces will be cleaned, greased and reinserted with the correct torque.

 

HUB SERVICE - £26

Cup and cone hubs will be dismantled and cleaned along with the cone nuts and axle. Bearing will be cleaned or replaced. The hub will be reassembled with fresh grease. Sealed cartridge type hubs will have bearings extracted and new bearings pressed.*

 

BRAKE SERVICE - £26

Both brakes will be balanced and tightened. Braking surfaces on the rims or rotors will be cleaned and degreased, and brake pads will be checked and replaced if needed*. Cabling will be lubricated as needed or replaced*.

 

HYDRAULIC BRAKE BLEED - £26 (per brake)

Brake pads will be removed or replaced as necessary*. The brake will be bled with suitable fluid. Rotors will be cleaned and degreased if necessary.

 

GEAR SERVICE - £26

Gears will be tuned and indexed where applicable. Derailleur systems will have limit screws set, and the alignment of the rear mech hanger will be checked. Cables will be replaced as needed*.

 

WHEEL TRUING - £16

Wheel truing to within 2mm and correct tensioning of spokes.

 

WHEEL TRUING WITH SPOKE REPLACEMENT - £16 + £5 per spoke* 

New spokes measured and installed with correct tensioning. Wheel trued to within 2mm. (Spokes not included in price)

WHEEL BUILD - £52*

Hand-built and custom wheels for road, mountain, gravel, CX, touring and more. Get in touch to discuss your wheel build requirements.

PUNCTURE REPAIR - £16

New tube fitted and pumped up to the appropriate pressure. Includes the cost of a replacement inner tube.

 

HANDLEBAR TAPE - £26*

Existing bar tape will be removed, cables will be tidied if needed. Bars will be wrapped, ends taped and bar plugs fitted. (Bar tape not included in price) 

 

TUBELESS TYRE CONVERSION - £32 per tyre*

Rims sealed using tape, tubeless specific valve fitted, correct volume of sealant added to the tyre and inflated to the appropriate pressure.

 

TUBELESS TYRE SEALANT REPLACEMENT - £16*

Old sealant removed, tyre cleaned and reinstalled with correct volume of fresh sealant.

 

SUSPENSION SERVICING - from £115

We offer suspension servicing on a wide variety of forks and shocks from most brands. We work closely with the UK's leading independent mountain bike suspension specialist. 

​

  • fork services include new wiper seals, foams, O-rings, oils and bushing re-sizing as necessary.

  • rear shock services include all new seals, oils, bushings and replacement mount kits as necessary.
